Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A N unusual excursion licence was last 'week granted to George Ewer and Co., Ltd., by the Metropolitan Deputy Licensing Authority. Covering 18 destinations, it has been designed to cater for ramblers and was made in conjunction with the Ramblers' Association. An example of how the excursions wilt be run is the trip to Ashdown Forest' on December 18. The coach will start from the Victoria Embankment, and will pick up at Streatham and Croydon. The first setting-down point is Wych Cross, and the second, which is also the luncheon stop, Chelwood Gate. Nutley is the third setting-down point. the coach then returning to Wych Cross for tea. Hut, the ramt?lers rejoin for the return journey, Passengers have a choice of three points from which to ramble or, should they prefer to do so, they may remain in the coach for the entire journey.

The fare in each case will include the services of a leader.

The excursions will run from October 30 this year until September 23 next. There will be only one excursion to any destination during this period. Southdown Motor Services, Ltd., Maidstone and District Motor Services, Ltd., and the Eastern National Omnibus Co., Ltd., objected. The excursions will be available to members of the general public interested in rambling, and bookings can be made in the normal way.
