OBITUARY .

WE regret to record the death at the age of 75 of LIEUT.-COL. J. M. PRIOR, head of J. M. Prior, Ltd., Newcastle-on-Tyne, a prominent haulage concern.

MR. WILMFD C. WADHAM, governing director of Wadham Bros., Ltd., Waterlooville, and one of the pioneers of the retail motor industry, died on October 12 at the age of 67.
