BREBNER, Q.B.E., chief public relations and publicity officer of the British Transport Commission, has been invited by the Swedish Advertisers' Association to be its guest of • honour at the 25th anniversary celebra. tion of the Association, on November 16-17. Mr. 13rebner will be principal speaker at the conference which forms part of the celebrations and will speak after the Swedish Prime Minister, M. TAGE ERLANDER. He has recently been awarded a decoration by the French Government in recognition of his war time services to the Press. +.

INGTESON, of ' Cadbury-Fry Joint Transport, Birmingham. At the meeting at which these • elections took place, a presentation was made to MR. J. ALLsopp on his retirement from the position of honorary treasurer. He has been a member of the Conference since the early years of the century, and was at one time a vicechairman.
