Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Hiab's latest 245 truck crane range works in the 25 tonne/metre range and features an unusual array of seven hydraulic extensions. They give the standard 245 a 19m total outreach and extend and retract sequentially and at a low working pressure.

Whereas adding manual extensions gives the base model a 400kg lift at 24m the 245-5 with jib has a 210kg capacity at 25.4m.

The new range includes Hiab's latest remote controls and load operated speed (LOS) which permits a 15% heavier load to be raised by its progressive speed reduction.
