• Transport Development Group has bought Manchesterbased Holden Transport and Warehousing in a bid to increase services to customers of its tankering business.
Holden's warehousing, wharf and silo management operations at Trafford Park have been merged with TDG's dry bulk and liquids specialist, Nexus. It also provides storage and repacking of food and nonfood starches and glucose drumming for Cerestar UK.
The acquisition extends Nexus' 20-year relationship with Cerestar.
