• A total of 27 truck drivers carrying hazardous goods have been issued with prohibition notices following a one-day check in Scotland.
Twelve of the drivers or their employers are now being considered for prosecution: Health and Safety Executive staff stopped 100 vehicles as part of a nationwide series of spot checks.
