Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BRITISH coach operators are to be offered the chance to purchase large quantities of a new brightly coloured brochure entitled 'The Coach'.

Produced by the International Road Transport Union (IRU) the brochure is designed to demonstrate to the public the diversity and quality of coach services. It was launched at a recent press conference held in Geneva.

The brochure makes use o4 a characterised cartoon coach not unlike the CIBS Milewise creature. Although produced in English the brochure seems unlikely

to appeal to British operators as it is unlikely to be specific enough to meet their publicity needs.
