Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A rationalization of companies in the Bonallack Group is aimed to make life simpler for customers and reduce costs and cornplications by improving administrative efficiency to cope with continuing expansion.

The number of operating companies has been reduced to two from November 1 by the absorption of subsidiaries and the substitution of divisions. The changes should make the function of each part of the Group easier to identify, while at the same time streamlining the organization to ensure even better and more comprehensive service to customers.

The new arrangements do not in any way affect the terms of existing contracts with customers—business continues as before, under the same managements but using new divisional names.

The title changes are as follows: Bonallack Refrigerated Vehicles Ltd. and Bonallack Freight Containers Ltd. together become the container and refrigerated vehicle division of Bonallack and Sons Ltd.

Bonallack (Wakefield) Ltd. becomes the Northern Division of Bonallack and Sons Ltd.

Bonallack and Sons (Contracts) Ltd. transfers its business to Bonallack Vehicles Ltd.

The operation of the Group is now conducted as follows: Bonallack and Sons Ltd.: body and tank division, Basildon; container and refrigerated vehicle
