TO meet a widespread demand for an 1 up-to-date digest of current legislation, that versatile gentleman, Mr. F. G. Bristow, C.B.E., general secretary of the C.M.U.A., has published a book entitled " Construction and Use of Motor Vehicles." This is a digest of the provisions of three Acts of Parliament and 16 Orders and Regulations, including those up tothe beginning of this month.

One deletion should be made— the four, lines on page 21 referring, to the use of only one head lamp, as two masked lights are now legal.
