haulier operating without an 0licence (CM 14-20 May), is in more trouble—this time over its use of the name Transland.
Bury freight forwarder Transland (UK), operating since 1986, asks CM to point out that it and its sister companies, Transland WH&D and Transland Italia, are not related to the illegal operation. Managing director David Boden adds: "We are considering taking legal action against Transland Transport for using a similar company name."
'J HF Owen Transport in North Wales claims that Transland International (Transland Transport's freight forwarding operation) owes it £2,000 for work done in November last year, "but keeps fobbing us off".
