Bury freight forwarder Transland (UK), operating since 1986, asks CM to point out that it and its sister companies, Transland WH&D and Transland Italia, are not related to the illegal operation. Managing director David Boden adds: "We are considering taking legal action against Transland Transport for using a similar company name."
