Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

lahere's plenty of bounce left in a set of old balls according to the International Tennis Federation which is behind a scheme to donate balls from 500 British tennis clubs to ITF Junior Development Programmes around the world.

And to help this, Parcelforce has agreed to deliver 1,000 "Bank-a-Ball" collection boxes to tennis clubs around the country — filled boxes will be picked up and taken to ITF's Heathrow warehouse for forwarding to destinations around the world.

It's more than a recycling scheme — in some countries where the ITF is keen to promote tennis, a set of balls costs a week's wages.
