Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A HIGH-LEVEL committee of inquiry has been appointed by the Confederation of Passenger Transport to reply to the Government's Green Paper on transport before the CPT meets Environment Secretary Mr Peter Shore.

The CPT has until July to make its opinions known and it is regarding the reply as a major project. The committee will be drafting a reply to the Green Paper which will be con sidered by the CPT council before the envisaged meeting with Mr Shore.

And to help with the committee's work the CPT is inviting its members to let them know what they think. The Confederation is determined to present a positive approach to the problems of the paper and to make the most of the' recognition given by the Green Paper to psv operators.
