Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

If you are feeling chilly it may be because you left a dark navy blue three-quarterlength driving coat bearing a Shannon label at the Hanover Trade Fair on April 30. Anyway, such a coat was found there and the Freight Transport Association is being its usual helpful self by trying to find the owner. They tell ale that a piece of paper in the coat bears the name Rymer and another bit indicates that at some time the owner had contacted a Miss Coker of the FTA's international department.

I pass this information on in good faith, and will be happy to pass any claims for ownership to the FTA. But if the coat belongs to the spy who came in from the cold, he can whistle for it; no international involvements for me. I've seen Caine and his ilk in action!
