This Fodor and York three-axled semi-trailer outfit is undergoing extensive road testing with the owners of the tractive unit, McKelvie and Co. Ltd., of Barrhead, Glasgow. If the tests prove satisfactory the company intends to use this type of semi-trailer for its long-distance trunk work. That the test will not take long to complete was evident when Mr. James McKelvie told 'CM' that the outfit is covering some 3,000 miles per iveek.
