one trailer at an operating centre in Hermon, Carmarthen, subject to the following conditions: • the authorised vehicle will enter and leave in forward gear only; • no loading or unloading of the authorised vehicle will take place at the operating centre; • there will be no more than a total of four movements into and out of the operating centre by the authorised vehicle in the course of a week; • no operation of authorised vehicles or trailers will take place at the operating centre before 4am and after 10pm Mondays to Fridays; before 4am and after 6pm on Saturdays; and there shall be no operation of authorised vehicles or trailers at the operating centre on Sundays and public holidays; • the authorised vehicle will be parked to the rear of the building, as shown in a photograph submitted with the licence application.
