• Disciplinary action against Team Event Transport, based in Birkenhead, along with the transport manager's repute, will be discussed at a PI on 22 March.
• The TO will look at disciplinary action against Swinburn Walton and Partners, which is based in Alston, at a hearing on 26 March.
• Manchester-based PPS Pipeline Systems will attend a PI on 28 March, at which disciplinary action will be looked at by the TO.
• A hearing on 2 April will discuss disciplinary action against Swadlincote-based Sarah Ann Bottomley, who is trading as SAB Contractor.
Cardiff • On 3 April, the TO will consider disciplinary action against Vivian Shane Boswell, based in Haverfordwest.
Conwy • Shotton-based DK Roberts will appear before the TO at a PI on 26 March to face possible disciplinary action.
• An inquiry on 26 March will consider disciplinary action against Mostyn-based TDS Morgan Freight (Deeside).
