Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Lex Group has formed Lex Defence, comprising Lex Transfleet, Lex Vehicle Leasing, Lex Multipart Defence and RAC, including BSM. Among its contracts is the supply of up to 900 "white fleet" Dafs and MANs from 73-60 tonnes CVW. The precise mix is undecided, but the vehicles will be from Oaf and MAN; the initial order is worth £40m-plus.

Lex Defence has also won contracts to supply general engineering hardware for automotive, aerospace and marine applications; and for IISM to provide driver training for 7,000 drivers over two years in a deal worth 112m.
