FAGAN AND WHALLEY has been granted a variation to its licence so that it can operate up to 20 vehicles and 40 trailers at its Burscough, Ormskirk depot, while simultaneously reducing its authorisation at its Burnley operating centre. The Lancashire company marks 85 years in business this year, and it has put a special liveried-Scania 6x2 44-tonne vehicle on the road to mark the occasion.
