O Stewart Burton Et 01132 887435 sales@sth-ltd.co.uk • www.sth-ltd.co.uk Van Eck Beesd, Netherlands.

Van Eck has been building roadgoing vehicles at Beesd for 90 years, and now has other sites in Lexmond and Amsterdam airport.

In addition to temperature controlled trailers it produces others for the packaging industry, chemicals transportation and air freight services.

One standard design is its TripleFlex mega trailer, its lifting deck being in three sections: each one is height adjustable.

In all it offers a 2.9m loading height and a 26m2 floor surface that can take up to 66 euro pallets with an average height of 1.4m.

Their positions are so variable that smaller 1.0m high packages can be raised, allowing other 1.8m pallets or stillages to stand on the main deck, each with plenty of header space.

The interior is 13.53m by 2.5m, and 3.05m high without intrusions; the 12 lifting columns being integral within the walls. and the main floor with the chassis. At the rear is a 2.0t Dhollandia under-mount lift, allowing its 145mm floor sections to be forklift loaded first.

It runs on tri-axles with 235/75R 17.5 low profiles and couples at 960mm.

Specialities are the loam carriers which use hydraulics to lower the first deck then the roof, thus compressing 300m3 of block foam into a third of the space.

Another is the modified Mega trailer for carrying aero engines. This has side extenders on the chassis and an expanding tail end to take very wide crates. 0= Marline van Eck 0 0031 (0) 345 686 100 Ea info@vaneckgroup.n1 www.vaneckgroup.n1
