THE Central London Local Vehicle Licensing Office located at County Hall, London SE1, has now closed.
People needing to obtain vehicle licences are reminded that licences may be renewed at main Post Offices or at the local licensing offices elsewhere in. London, using form V11. • Postal applications should be sent to the Vehicle Licensing Office, 15 West Bell Street, Dundee DD1 1HB. Where a form V11 is not available, licences can be renewed across the counter at London LVLO's or by post at Dundee.
