Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DISPLAYED at the Three Counties Show, Malvern, last week, a Scania LB80/York DB16 32-ton-gvw drawbar trailer outfit was claimed to be a type of livestock carrier that will be increasingly used by operators because it provides for two 7.3m (24ft) containers, whereas the maximum deck length of any other type of vehicle is 12m (40ft).

The outfit was seen on the stand of B. and W. Motors Ltd, Brierley Hill, Staffs, and other advantages mentioned by a member, of the company include reduced floor height compared with an artic and the facility of splitting the load according to delivery requirements. It will be operated by B. Buckingham and Sons Ltd, of Eynsham, Oxford.

The wheelbase of the tractive unit was extended 0.2m (7.87 in) for the application to cater for weight distribution requirements, and the aluminium cattle container was built by J. H. Thorne and Son of Dorrington, Salop.
