THE Metropolitan sub-area the RHA has declared i "hostility" to axle-weighir devices. It has called tF Association's technical con rnittee to make stror objections to TGWU attemp to get the Government make the devices a leg requirement. The sub-art claims that the union support is based on ti results of a demonstration an axle weigher which claims was satisfactory. Bt in fact, says the RHA. it "w. inaccurate within a fe weeks".
