• Municipal cleaning vehicle manufacturer Whale Tankers is launching a shorter-term contract hire scheme which allows customers to arrange deals lasting as little as 12 months.
The scheme, Whalelease, is being run with contract hire and leasing agent Fearst, which claims it is the only municipal vehicle lease scheme on offer in the market.
