Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• German trailer builder Schmitz is sending one of its 12.5m Cargobull reefers on a countrywide demonstration tour in a bid to win business in the lucrative UK refrigerated semi-trailer market.

The tri-axle Cargobull reefer is part of the current Volvo Trucks Roadshow, which is visiting Volvo truck dealerships throughout the country. It fea tures Schmitz's own-design Ferroplast panels, which have hot-galvanised steel skins over a polyurethane foam core, built on a "thin membrane" steel chassis with a shallow (88mm) trailer neck.

According to Preston Allen, managing director of the German trailer manufacturer's British subsidiary Schmitz Trailers (UK), an air-suspended Cargo bull reefer with fridge unit has a kerb weight of around 8,900kg and can be built to give an interior loading height of 2.45 metres within an overall vehicle height of four metres.

The Cargobull reefer meets ATP Class C requirements and can be supplied with any choice of interior fittings. The Interior length is 12.35m and the width is 2.47m. Schmitz's Ferroplast panel design is already used by Tidd and Carrymaster in Britain, and it is claimed to be easy to repair.

Schmitz Trailers (UK) has been trading for only six months, but has already sold over 100 units, mostly reefers.
