I agree with your comm. that the overall results throw out the industry are very c turbing. The standard of kno edge held by transp managers of their own occu tion is low, and this is now be highlighted by a basic exami tion, the subject of which is tleveryday duties.

The answer is full-time stu courses, but the mr economical and suitable cour! for the transport industry arch courses operated by the dustry itself in its own traini centres.
