Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Spraybreaker anti-spray flaps and valances comprise thick pads of porous plastic material (similar to that used for domestic scouring pads) attached by their edges to relatively firm backings. The idea is that spray collected by the pads drains away between the two sections. The pads can be removed from their backings for steam cleaning or replacement. In dry weather the pads vibrate against their backings to shake out any mud or grit that has accumulated.

The Spraybreaker range includes flap sizes from 300nun to 600mm wide, and 400nun to 1,220mm long with 1,220mm side valances that are 200mm or 300nun deep.
