Buswatch claims that 94% of services do not have faretables, and 68% lack timetables. As few as 57% of buses run on time, compared with 89% before deregulation. Some 13% fail to show destinations and 12% do not display route numbers.
Since deregulation, passengers have faced loss of services, confusion about tickets, and increased fares, says Buswatch.
