Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A system of removable garment rails based on the Shorfast cargo control system manufactured by B. Dixon-Bate, enables both vehicle loading and unloading of garment rails to be speeded up.

The Shorfast garment rail consists of a master member below which is a subsidiary rail attached to the master member by short brackets. Any tendency for the hangers to jump off the rail in transit is prevented by the proximity of the master member. The position of the rails may be adjusted over a wide height range by locating the supporting pairs of beam brackets in the multiple slots of the vertical track fitted to the interior walls. The rails may thus be superimposed when the length of garments permits, and also the centre of gravity of the load can be kept to a minimum height.
