PENFOLD HIRE has been granted the go-ahead for three vehicles and two trailers at a site in Warren Park, Crowborough, subject to the following conditions and undertakings: • the operator will provide the traffic commissioner (TC) with original bank statements and other financial documents — such as overdraft facility agreements or credit card statements — showing it has access to the appropriate funds for the size and type of licence. These documents will be received at the Office of the TC by no later than the end of May 2013 and cover the full month of April 2013; • hours of operation will be 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 2pm Saturdays, although a later return to the operating centre will be permitted in exceptional circumstances. The operator is to record any occasion when this occurs; • no operation on Sundays or Bank Holidays; • no substantive maintenance of vehicles is to be carried out at the site; • only one movement in and one movement out of the operating centre per authorised vehicle will take place each day, except in exceptional circumstances; • authorised vehicles will exit the access road to the operating centre by turning left; • the operator will submit a final liquidators report for Penfold Driveways, to the office of the TC, within 28 days of its availability.
