DESPITE PRESSURE from tl minority Labour party, tl Greater London Council h dropped London Transport XRM project in favour of Metr buses and Titans.
Labour councillor John Wilsc described the Metrobus as "cheap throwaway gimmick "We've bought bus after bi and they've been no good," I said.
He claimed that the XRM d velopment team is one of V best London has seen for year but an LT spokesman told C that the six-eight man team w revert to "the mainstream of I bus development", althouc their exact duties remain u clear.
