Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NOSE CONES manufactured by Hatcher Components Ltd, Framlingham, Suffolk, are being fitted to Gilbey Vintners Ltd's 250-vehicle delivery fleet.

Fleet engineer Les Claxton claims improved fuel performance of at least eight per cent. The miles per gallon rate is stated as being 12.94 compared with a previous figure of 11.9. The cones are expected to repay the initial purchase price quickly.

Gilbey Vintners' fleet is made up with Bedford, Dodge and Ford 12/13 tons gross weight delivery vans. Hatcher nose cones will be included in the specification along with low flex springs and low profile tyres for new low-loading height vehicles as they enter service.

A BODY for use by car recovery operators and designed by Brimec incorporates continuous side raves and knife-edge rear end when angled for loading so that the platform gives a flush fit to the road surface.

A shallow load angle caters for cars with long body overhang and vehicles weighing up to four tons.

An hydraulic Towlift fitted at the rear allows a second vehicle to be recovered.
