A Although you do not give details of the other changes in mur business apart from the change garage, it is possible that there are natters in these which might be lotifiable to the Licensing Authority. qowever, Section 66 of the ransport Act 1968 govei-ns the natters which need to be notified vhen changes take place, though :hese will depend on the conditions vhich might have been attached to he granting of the licence in the first )lace.
Section 66 states that, in granting in operator's licence, the Licensing kuthority may attach such condiions as he thinks fit for requiring the lolder to inform him of any change in he organization, management or )wnership of the business; any :flanges in the persons holding shares n business; and of any other event iffecting the holder of the licence vhich is relevant to the exercise of my of the LA's powers.
