the Norbreck Castle Hotel, Blackpool, between April 19 and 21, may be cancelled. Last week a receiver was appointed at the hotel and on Wednesday he met with the hotel management when, it is understood, future bookings, including the Tipper Convention, were considered. Yes terday (Thursday) Mr W. Farnorth, the Convention secretary, called a meeting of the committee in Manchester to reconsider the convention plans. At the time of going to press it is not known what the outcome of the meeting was, but it is understood that some of the 120 exhibitors have already withdrawn from the exhibition
