Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I'm expecting things to hot up tonight and tomorrow—New Year's Day. Last year we had several reefers break down on the M6 while on their way back to the Continent. Over the same period last year we did 150 call-outs, including recoveries and tail-lift and mechanical repairs on customers' sites.

This is usually my busiest day of the week anyway, when I check all the weekly risk assessment sheets—basically a safety audit of security, tools and premises—to ensure everyone and all procedures comply with the stringent health and safety regulations.

The last thing is a management meeting to discuss the events of the week.1 hope it doesn't go on too long, as I'm looking forward to a New Year's Eve drink this evening!
