PICKFORDS Removals has promoted George Meechan to chief accountant.
Meechan, who joined the company in 1981 as regional accountant for Scotland, is responsible for PickfOrds six regional accounting divisions. He also heads the 30-strong accounts team at the company's Enfield head office.
