THE NEWLY-created position of general manager. Kent, for BRS Southern has been filled by Doug Cartin. He was formerly company sales manager for the company.
Cartin's move to Kent is part of the company's new marketing and management approach to the region which is to offer :I broad spread of transport services capable of meeting specific needs.
