Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

for truck drivers at its regional distribution centres (RDCs) following a meeting with drivers to discuss delays and poor conditions.

Last week, Safeway's supply operations director Mark AylwIn and senior logistics manager John Norfolk met with Barrie Tozer, the driver who runs the website Truckersmoan.co.uk.

They visited Safeway's Northampton ROC where they looked at the operation and talked to drivers about the problems they face.

"The website is going to show details of all Safeway's RDCs facilities, the average turnaround and the Improvements made as they happen.

"AylwIn is in regular contact with the other large company RDes and will be mentioning the success of this meeting, so we hope things will start to look up; the distribution director for Asda has already made contact with us."

Ayiwin agrees that the meeting was a great success with drivers keen to improve RUG operations and understanding the commercial issues that retailers face: We have already made some improvements and now, when we refit or look at new sites, we will consider drivers' needs.

"I was very concerned about the number of drivers who said they no longer enjoy their job, especially when we are facing problems with recruitment. Hopefully by improving conditions across RUCs we will make them feel more welcome: we will also benefit from an improved service, as we don't want delays either."
