Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• New semi-trailers from both ends of the gvw range will be shown by Pitt Trailers of Wigan, Lanes, at Earls Court. The smaller of the two will be the recently introduced 16-ton gvw unit which the firm developed with the assistance of Loughborough University to provide for the greatest possible payload at that gross weight.

The unit will be 2611 long and mounted on Rubery Owen M series suspension and running gear. It will be plated for 13 tons gross trailer weight and weighs 2 tons lcwt.

At the top of the weight range will be a new 36 tons gross trailer weight platform-cum-container-carrier. This unit is equipped with locks for 2011, 30ft and 40ft containers. It will be plated for 36 tons gtw for operation at 44 tons gross combination weight.
