MEDWAY POLICE have released CCTV pictures of a man they would like to trace in connection with the theft of a container from Thamesport, Rochester.
The theft took place at about 2pm on 19 March when the con tainer was driven away by an ERF tractor unit, registration R473 HPV. The 40ft container is reddish brown; it is owned by Gillette UK and carries the unique prefix number EASU9691885. The load of Gillette personal-care products is said to be "worth a significant amount of money". The man is described as aged 25-30, 6ft tall of medium build with black hair ( possibly a wig) and a goatee beard. He was wearing jeans, a hivis jacket and heavy dark glasses.
