Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Ian Sayer, the magazine's publisher, used to be an owner-driver and is still involved in the transport industry as a consultant giving expert advice to transport companies throughout the country. He also writes a column in Freight News.

His wartime investigations started back in 1974 when he came across a Guiness Book of Records entry on an unsolved robbery involving £2.5 billion worth of German gold bullion and foreign reserves. Sayer wanted to know what had happened to it and subsequently published a book, Nazi Gold, in collaboration with Douglas Botting and the Sunday Times (reviewed by our very own John Durant in Commercial Motor four years ago).

Sayer's investigating hobby has since become a full time job, asking awkward questions to awkward men about awkward World War II subjects. He wanted to know if his new venture could have some publicity. . consider it done.
