RUBERY OWEN GOES IRISH • Rubery Owen-Rockwell has set up a new company in the Republic of Ireland. RO-R (Ireland) is based at: Newhall, Naas, Co Kildare, phone (045) 33435/33439; fax: (045) 32356. General Manager Ray Lowney has had many years' experience in the Irish transport industry.
RO-R will supply original equipment for new trailer build and running gear conversions in the Republic, and will hold a stock of axles and suspension (both steel and air).
Existing Irish stockists of RO-R original parts will not be changed, but bulk stocks held at RO-R (Ireland) will give a faster turnover and quicker service to Irish operators, says the company.
