While your reporter is absolutely correct to say that we would not normally reveal our production figures, in this instance the myth is so far removed from the fact, that we will make an exception. In the calendar year 1987 Crane Fruehauf produced, in the Un ited Kingdom, in excess of 4,200 trailers, that is some 33% more than Mr Davies stated was York production of some 3,200 trailers of all types.
