night-time lorry ban, and a third has had his case deferred this week after pleading not guilty in the latest blitz of prosecutions by the London Boroughs Transport Committee.
Stephen Howlett of Stowmarket was fined £300 with £80 costs at Stratford magistrates court last Thursday after admitting two charges of driving ille gally.
In a separate case in Barking on Tuesday, another operator, Pim and Wheeler, denied breaking the ban. Its case will be heard in July.
