THE OLLIS GROUP is to take over Guest Road Services later this month as part of its expansion policy. Guest operations will move to 011is headquarters at a 5.5 acre site at Keynsham, near Bristol, on April 29.
The 011is Group wants about 50 per cent of the Guest workforce to move to Keynsham. Mr A. Guest will remain a director of Guest, which will become a wholly owned subsidiary.
Group directors said that the acquisition would improve services offered by both corn panies, which include general haulage, break-bulk, contract hire and removals.
