Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Central Motor Auctions is introducing a special Top Van sale at its Trafford Park, Manchester centre, to meet an increasing demand for better quality used vans in the NorthWest.

The sale is to be held on the first Monday of each month as a special feature of the regular weekly van auction, and will include a wide range of popular models, all with less than 48,300km (30,000 miles), on the clock and mainly on F and G plates.

"The market demand, both locally and in the much wider area for which we cater, is increasingly for low mileage, well maintained light commercials," says Paul Clarke, CMA Manchester's commercial sales executive.

"This was clearly shown by the high residuals obtained at our pilot sale on 3 September." Star of the show was a Ford Transit 80 Bonus with 965km (600 miles) on the clock.

The next Top Van sale at CMA Manchester, is on Monday 1 October. For further information contact Paul Clarke, CMA on 061-872 0655.

Central Motor Auctions is to auction more than 50 commercial vehicles being disposed of by Grady Hall following reorganisation of its transport policy.

The sale, to be held on-site at Grady's Chester-Le-Street premises, will take place on Saturday 13 October, starting at 11:00hrs.
