• An international truck driver has denied stealing an ERF truck from his firm and obtaining Y,4,500 from a transport company by claiming that he owned the lorry and could sell it. John Cecil of Kentmore Court, Blackley, Manchester, also pleaded not guilty to stealing a mobile phone from his employer Perrys Transport and seven counts of falsely obtaining benefit while working for Perrys.
