Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A QUICK action method of sheeting over a load on an open lorry is being shown this week at the Commercial Motor Show by George Neville Truck Equipment Ltd.

The tilt-cover is hydraulically operated and can complete sheeting in two minutes. Called the Easysheet, the unit is a self-contained sub-assembly which fits on the top of an open sided body, such as a tipper.

The sheet is supported on a light expanding frame, including a centre ridge pole. A double-arm mechanism at each end secures the sheet across the top of the vehicle's body.

The main operating arm of this linkage at each end is swung by a long shaft running just above one side of the body. The shaft is rotated by a pulley, around which is wrapped a cable, the cable being pulled by a hydraulic ram.

For loading the sheet folds over one side of the body and leaves the top completely clear. When the body is full the hydraulic ram is energized and this pulls on the cable, rotates the pulley, together with the long shaft, and swings the double-arm linkage and the sheet over the body.

The front and rear edges of the sheet are elasticated so that they hug the body and form a weatherproof overlap.
