Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• An agrecment has recently been signed between Block and Anderson Ltd., a member of the Ozalid Group of companies and the Johnson Fare Box Co. of Chicago, a member of the Bowser group, for the manufacture of Johnson fare boxes in the UK.

The Johnson fare box is a fare collecting device which accepts any rate of cash fare, depositing the coins in a self-locking cash vault. Thus driver/conductors have no responsibility for issuing tickets or handling large quantities of coins. The vault is unlocked by a member of the traffic office staff at the end of a duty or day's service.

Trade inquiries regarding the fare box are being handled by Mr. E. V. Crosbie, Block and Anderson Ltd., Banda House, Cambridge Grove, Hammersmith, London, W6.
