Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Powell-Duffryn Engineering Co. Ltd., Cambrian House, Maindy, Cardiff.

BEING exhibited here for the first time is the Powell-Duffryn 11S Dinopacker. This being a demountable compaction unit with a 22 cu.yd. swept volume, its capacity being 88 Cu. yd. of light refuse in one loading. There. is a 3 cu.yd. loading hopper with an automatic lid closing with each cycle. A separate power-pack, which may be operated either by electric or diesel power, gives high ram speeds when pressures are low, automatically changing to lower speeds when compaction pressures are high. The Dinopacker container is designed for transport to the disposal site by the PD I1S Dinosaur which can also be seen on the stand.
