A MOBILE butcher's shop, a mobile grocery shop, an ice-cream vehicle and a Litex meatcarrying van are shown by this company, mounted respectively on a Ford Transit V30 22cwt chassis/windscreen, a Commer 2-ton Walk-thru chassis, a Bedford 15/17cwt chassis and a BMC 100 WFK chassis/cab. The butcher's shop has a hardwood frame and a roof insulated with glass fibre, while the body of the ice-cream vehicle is of steel/ glass-fibre construction, the latter being equipped with a Freezewell conservator. Also having a hardwood frame, the mobile grocery shop features a Carrifreeze hold-over type of refrigerated cabinet.
Based on a steel frame and mounted on a BMC 100WFK chassis/cab, the Litex van is 12ft-long and is insulated with 3in. of polystyrene. The meat is loaded on to three rails with a Marketloader.
